Hawaiian Style Indian wedding // Indian Wedding Photographer

In my early 20s I spent three months in Nepal and India and since then I have always been obsessed with that part of the world. I absolutely love the people, their culture and food. Recently I had the privilege of photographing the first Indian wedding at Hualalai Four Seasons. It was a three day celebration full of beautiful traditions, music, dancing and so much love. The dinner the night before the wedding was very traditional. Everyone dressed in full Indian attire, there was Bollywood style performances and they had every type of curry dish you could imagine. There was even a henna station for all of their guests to enjoy!  Shruti and Vikram live in the U.S. and wanted their wedding day to incorporate some American traditions as well. I think they did an amazing job of balancing old tradition with new! It was an absolutely beautiful day, one I won't forget!
