I'm sorry its been awhile since I've blogged, but hopefully this one makes up for it!  Before you start looking you might want to grab a cup of coffee for this mega post:)

Even though Hawaii is the most remote place on the planet (fun fact), Leslie+Gran thought Oahu would be the perfect meeting place for their friends and family coming from ten different counties to celebrate and watch them tie the knot!  Leslie is Chinese and it's tradition in her culture to have a tea ceremony with her family before she can get married.  But before the ceremony the groom has to participate in games and pay money to see his bride...  And even though Leslie wasn't allowed to be in the room, she was able to watching it on skype from the other room.  It was a lot a fun, Gran even choreographed a dance for Leslie!  After monetary negotiations Gran was finally allowed permission to see his bride in her beautiful handmade red dress from Hong Kong... Aren't they adorbs!

After the couple had a few hours to relax it was time to get the show on the road!  They were married at Kahalu'u Fishpond.  A beautiful lush venue that made the day even more perfect!

Thanks to my second shooter Sadie, Paka for running the photobooth, and thanks to Leslie and Gran for loving each other so deeply, it made my job feel less like work and more like a privilege!  Safe travels back home to London!!
